CK721X waterproof and robust silicon carbide ABRASIVE BELTS.
CK721X rigid ABRASIVE BELTS on a polyester or cotton cloth backing are waterproof and can be used wet or dry. CK721X abrasive belts are powder coated with silicon carbide abrasive grains and are also oil resistant and suitable for fine surface finishing.
Polyester or cotton backing depending on grit size.
With a rigid cotton backing for grits P220 to P600 or polyester backing for grits P24 to P180, CK721X rigid silicon carbide ABRASIVE BELTS can be used on flat surfaces, at medium or high pressure, with robotic long belt polishing systems as well as with centreless or cross belt systems.
CK721X silicon carbide ABRASIVE BELTS are used in a wide range of applications.
CK721X abrasive belts can be used for fine surface finishing work with a particularly high gloss.
Developed for glass, super alloys and stainless steels, the wide range of applications of CK721X silicon carbide belts also includes crystal, stone, ceramics, composite materials, non-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals such as copper, nickel or zinc.
The CK721X abrasive belts can be used dry or wet with water or oil and are particularly appreciated in the cutlery industry.
