The FT-Pro heat treatment furnace is one of the largest models offered by Prederi Vittorio & Figli, specialists in the field since 1960. A robust and very versatile kiln, which will allow you to heat treat large blades (such as axes) or small pieces in series. To be reserved for the most demanding knife makers!
A high quality hardening furnace for maximum performance.
The FT-Pro kiln is one of Prederi's most advanced hardening furnaces. It can reach a temperature of 1100°C in a short period of time and is able to maintain it with absolute precision and constant uniformity. The FT-Pro measures 700 x 500 x 650 mm and weighs 70 kg. The dimensions of its internal chamber make it capable of processing all types of parts: it is 400 mm deep, 200 mm wide and 140 mm high.
The FT-Pro operates on a single-phase voltage of 230 V. The FT-Pro has a power of 4 Kw. Each hardening furnace is thoroughly tested by Prederi before being shipped. Thus, in addition to a user manual (in French) and a certificate of conformity, your quenching furnace will be delivered with a test certificate, dated and signed by the company, detailing the test protocol to which it was subjected (temperatures and heating times).

FT-Pro hardening furnaces will be shipped free of charge to the delivery address you will have entered in your customer area. You just have to choose "Free shipment of furnace" when placing your order: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receipt of your order, the tempering furnaces are tested, prepared and dispatched on approximately D+3 (working days). Delivery times in France are about one week after dispatch of the pallet. The logistics used for the shipment of the ovens being different from our usual parcels, slight additional delays may be necessary: we will not fail to keep you informed!
