Ready-to-assemble blades!
We're offering all beginners these ready-to-assemble blades, made in France and 100% Thiernoise: they're made from top-quality steel straight from Sweden; 14C28N stainless steel that has been hardened to 57 HRC and then polished. More specifically, this grade of stainless steel guarantees exceptional sharpness, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent sharpening capabilities - all ideal characteristics for a table knife! In short, the most delicate steps for a cutler have already been carried out following the processes indicated by Alleima. All that's left to do is assemble the knife and finally sharpen it!
The steak knife, a must for your dining table
Our Home Blade steak knives are 23.5 cm long, 2 cm thick and 1.8 cm wide - perfect dimensions. What's more, the handle is drilled 5 times, giving you great flexibility when it comes to choosing the shape of the handle: rounded? Or very clean? At an angle? It's all possible!
Finally, if you'd like to put together a complete set with these blades, you'll be pleased to know that we offer them in packs of 6 with their rivets, without the scales, so you can choose the material you want for the handle - all at a discounted price!
