Range of fine FINE GRINDING WHEELS for all cutting tools.

EUROTECHNI offers a range of fine grinding wheels from 1/8" to 5/16" thick regularly used in cutlery workshops. With a flat or rounded edge profile, our fine wheels are used for precision sharpening operations on cutting tools and chainsaws.

FINE GRINDING WHEELS with high quality abrasives.

For guaranteed high performance, our fine grinding wheels are made of superior pink or white corundum abrasives or blends with special corundum. A vitrified bond facilitates the dressing and geometrical correction of our grinding wheels and offers optimal conditions for safe use.

Our FINE GRINDING WHEELS for working on the hardest metals.

Whether dry or wet, our fine grinding wheels are recommended for sharpening the hardest metals or sometimes for the fast guilloche grinding of springs or knife blade backs. High speed steels, non-alloyed, low or high alloyed hardened steels can be worked with a very low thermal stress favouring a cold cut which will avoid bluing and alteration of the worked edge.

In compliance with demanding safety standards.

For the perfect safety of users, all our fine grinding wheels comply perfectly with the recommendations of the oSa and the European standards in force, in particular the AFNOR NF EN12413 standard.
During machining, sharpening or guilloche operations with our fine grinding wheels, it is imperative to respect the conditions relating to the use of the machines and to use the protective devices provided as well as the maximum speeds of rotation recommended on each of our fine grinding wheels.
The user is strongly recommended to wear personal protective equipment when using our fine grinding wheels.
