This set of small diameter metal rollers for knifemakers' belt grinders is ideal for delicate operations. They increase the life of your grinding belts while allowing you to remain flexible in the different operations of grinding and polishing the different parts of your knives.
These rolls are sold by 5 units of 13, 15, 19, 20 and 22 mm diameters, with a holder to store them after use, and the arm to attach the rolls to your belt grinder.
Tips for using belt grinder wheels
To ensure the proper functioning and longevity of your small diameter backstand wheels, we recommend the following operations:
- The rotation speed of your machine should not exceed 2000 RPM
- Equipped abrasive belts must not be too tense
- Wheels surface must remain smooth : no engraving, no stickers...
