With a diameter of 300mm and a standard bore of 35mm, these POLISHING DISCS are designed for use on stationary workshop machines with a polishing paste to be chosen according to the materials worked and the desired result.
With a thickness of approximately 15mm, multiple discs can be mounted on the same spindle for large surface treatment and increased productivity.
A versatile and economical solution with these 4 seam cotton polishing discs.
With 4 concentric seams, these discs are of medium hardness, which makes them a good compromise between unsewn discs for grinding or polishing and high hardness discs (5 seams) for aggressive polishing of scratches or defects on worked materials.

Controlling the speed of the polishing discs.
With a diameter of 300mm, these discs can be used at speeds ranging from 1200 rpm to 2600 rpm.
Their large diameter guarantees a long life if used correctly, with adequate polishing pastes and above all without mixing different pastes on the same disc.
Soft polishing is best done at low speed (1200 rpm), while honing or mirror polishing is best done at medium speed (2000 rpm), but always with the right polishing paste.
Pre-polishing of soft materials (copper, aluminium, natural materials, etc.) can be done at high speed with a specific polishing paste.
