The FT-400 electric hardening furnaces can be considered as an upgrade from the FT-300 model. The FT-400 hardening ovens are manufactured in Italy by the company Prederi Vittorio & Figli, specialists in the design and manufacture of ovens since 1960. Power and performance of the FT-400 heat treatment kiln.
The FT-400 knife hardening furnace, like most of the models in the Italian manufacturer's range, can reach the maximum temperature of 1100°C in a short time, allowing you to heat treat the vast majority of the carbon and stainless steel grades in our range - especially since the furnace maintains this temperature precisely and uniformly throughout the process. The FT-400 is also pretty compact, measuring only 605 x 375 x 580 mm, and weighing only 35 kilograms: it's easy to find a small space in your workshop!
The dimensions of its interior chamber are also comfortable, allowing the treatment of most knife blades: the interior chamber of the FT-400 hardening furnace is 400 mm deep, with a height and width of 100 mm.

The FT-400 hardening furnace is operated from a domestic power supply. With a power of 2.5 Kw, it operates quietly, consuming relatively little energy. Before shipment, each kiln is tested by the company, at different heating temperatures, to ensure its proper functioning: you will receive, along with the instruction manual (in english) and the certificate of compliance, the test certificate and its results, dated and signed by the company.

The FT-400 furnaces will be shipped free of charge to the delivery address you will have entered in your customer area. You just have to choose "Free shipment of quenching furnace" when placing your order: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receipt of your order, the tempering furnaces are tested, prepared and dispatched on approximately D+3 (working days). Delivery times in Europe are about one to two weeks after dispatch of the pallet. The logistics used for the shipment of the ovens being different from our usual parcels, slight additional delays may be necessary: we will not fail to keep you informed!
