The composition of NCV60 Nitrocut - high carbon content, molybdenum and vanadium additions - is specially designed for the manufacture of knives requiring a good corrosion/hardness compromise. This stainless steel is perfect for the manufacture of kitchen knives.

Laminated in France by the Aciéries de Bonpertuis, Nitrocut NCV60 is a nitrogen added martensitic stainless steel.
