Its drying time and flexibility allow the cutler to adjust the parts he wants to glue together. We recommend positioning the pieces between them within three minutes of applying the glue.

The cap of the Orepox 5 two-component epoxy glue syringes can be easily closed: no more loss of material or risk of drying out!
How to use Orepox 5 two-component epoxy adhesive?
- Mix the two components well in a container or on a plate. A little tip: stick a few strips of painter's tape on your workbench to do the mixing. Just peel off the strips once you're done, then throw them away!
- Spread the mixture evenly over the surfaces to be bonded together.
- Hold the elements together under pressure for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let dry. For an optimal mechanical resistance, we recommend a drying time of 24 hours.
Mixing and dosing of Orepox 5 glue in cans.
When using the Orepox 5 glue, if bought in 1kg package (consisting of a 500 gram pot of resin and a 500 gram pot of hardener), the two components should be mixed on clean, dry surfaces. Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly in a 1:1 ratio before use.
