We've selected a range of chisels and a hammer eye, axe or hatchet punch in top-of-the-range Bölher W303 stainless steel.
A high-strength tool steel, its 17% chromium content protects it from any risk of oxidation.
Chisels from 20mm (0.79in) to 40mm (1.57in) wide (Ref. 518710).
Reisinger splitting chisels are hand-forged and sharpened with a special cutting geometry for easy splitting.
Hand-forged in W303 stainless steel for hot work, they are oil-hardened and tempered,
Sharpened and polished, they can be remanufactured in the event of excessive wear.
Available in various cutting edge widths from 20mm (0.79in) to 40 mm(1.57in), their length is approximately 220mm (8.66in) to 250mm (9.84in).
DIN standard hammer eye punch (Ref. AAPOI518726).
For making or repairing hammer, axe or hatchet heads, this hand-forged W303 stainless steel punch makes it very easy to hot-form a DIN standard mandrel, which will fit all types of handles to this standard.
Forged, ground and polished, this punch measures approximately 280mm and weighs 900g (1.98lb).
