Blades blanks ready to be assembled !
We offer beginners these ready-to-assemble blades, made entirely in France, exclusively in Thiers. They are forged from top-of-the-range 14C28N stainless steel imported from Sweden, hardened to 57 HRC, then polished. This grade of steel provides exceptional sharpness, remarkable corrosion resistance and excellent sharpening capabilities, ideal for a table knife. The most delicate stages of the process, in line with Alleima guidelines, have already been completed. All you need to do is carry out the final assembly and sharpen the knife
