The Hymer™ pattern is suitable for the creation of small and medium sized blades due to its delicate patterns.
The Hymer™ pattern takes its name from the ice giant Hymir (the dark one) from Nordic mythology. Despite his prodigious strength, Hymir is gripped by panic when the god Thor, hidden in the guise of a young boy, hooks the cosmic serpent on the end of his line during a fishing session on Hymir's boat.
