With a standard thickness of about 18 to 20 mm, these discs are generally made up of 30 sheets stacked on top of each other. They can be mounted in series on a support axle for higher requirements of stationary and automated polishing systems.
For wiping, polishing or dressing.
Our flannel FLANNEL POLISHING DISCS can be used on all types of metal, composite and wood materials. For a perfect wiping, the speed of rotation during the treatment should be reduced (1800 to 3000 rpm maximum depending on the diameter of the disc). For polishing or levelling operations, a higher speed is recommended (maximum 2500 to 6000 rpm depending on the diameter) in order to obtain a perfect and homogeneous shine on the whole surface of the part. No impregnation is necessary for the use of these wipers for wiping or edging.
