Choice of conventional grinding wheels (Form 1) with diameters from 4 59⁄64" to 7 7⁄8" and thicknesses from 33⁄64" to 63⁄64" for workshop grinders. With a bore from 1⁄2" to 1 17⁄64", these grinding wheels for grinders fit standard shafts natively or with reduction rings for different shaft sizes.
NF EN12413 standard for maximum safety.
Designed with high-performance bonds, our grinding wheels for grinders meet the most stringent standards for safety in use. Our grinders comply with the international AFNOR EN12413 standard, which guarantees perfect safety for the user under normal conditions of use and in compliance with the maximum recommended rotation speed. This standard must be marked on each of your grinding wheels to attest to the respect and quality of manufacture. Specific protective equipment is highly recommended.
A high-performance abrasive adapted to each type of material worked on.
Our GRINDING WHEELS FOR GRINDERS are made of standard or superior corundum or silicon carbide abrasives with grain sizes from 36 to 400. You can choose grinding wheels with mixed compositions of corundum or silicon carbide abrasives for even more performance. Please ask our specialists for advice.
Professional GRINDING WHEELS FOR GRINDERS for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Depending on the materials to be worked, the choice of abrasive will be decisive. Our standard corundum grinding wheels (10A) are suitable for the machining and dry grinding of unalloyed and low-alloyed steels and, under certain conditions, for hardened steels and cast iron. White corundum top abrasives (89A) are recommended for dry machining of hardened low-alloy and non-alloy steels, hardened high-alloy steels, high-speed steels and, under certain conditions, unhardened high-alloy steels and cast iron. Ideal for machining, grinding and sharpening tungsten carbide tools, our silicon carbide grinding wheels are also suitable for dry machining of aluminium, unhardened and conditionally hardened alloy steels, high speed steels and stainless steel.
Our GRINDING WHEELS FOR GRINDERS are designed with high performance bonds.
All our grinding wheels are vitrified bonded to ensure safe use. The profile retention is optimal due to the cold cutting effect caused by very low thermal stress. The vitrified bond also offers the advantage of being easier to profile than other bonds and makes it easier to dress your GRINDING WHEELS FOR GRINDERS.
