SureTouch is a brand new type of composite material, patent pending, developed and manufactured by the American company UltreX, a specialist in composite materials: it is this renowned company, a division of Norplex Micarta, which also produces the Micarta sheets in our range.
What is the SureTouch ?
SureTouch consists of a succession of layers of G10 and rubber, combining the best of these two materials. The strength of G10 combined with the excellent grip of rubber and its non-slip properties make it the material of choice for knife handles intended for intensive use. Its aesthetic qualities are also interesting, since when working with it, the successive layers of material reveal themselves, allowing for unique "revelation" effects.
