Micarta is a composite material very much appreciated by knife makers. Our Micarta is manufactured by Ultrex, an American company specializing in this type of material. Micarta Canvas is a mixture of phenolic resin and canvas substrate, which can be tinted to suit the desired result. The tightly woven mesh of the Canvas inclusion, dyed in three different colors, reveals a stunning aesthetic result once the material is worked and polished.
