One quenching oil per Motul: Thermic FGP
Motul has developed this hyrdosoluble polymer to achieve cooling rates between water and the fastest oils. Diluted in water between 10 and 25%, this quenching oil allows cooling rates of up to 125°C/second to be achieved.
Thermic FGP quenching oil to replace water quenching.
Ideal for the heat treatment of high-carbon, low-alloyed steels such as W2, C130 or 1095 the Thermic FGP formula has been designed to reduce the risk of breakage and cracks to a minimum.
